Thank you Weichert Realtors! My wife and I went to an open house and lucky for us we met Barbara. She impressed me from the start! Even though the open house we went to wasn't for us, Barbara took the time to hear the things we were looking for and she listened! She said she would send us some options that night. This was on a Saturday. I really wasn't expecting anything. That night Barbara sent us over options that worked perfectly for us. I knew then I wanted her to be my realtor! Barbara helped us find the perfect house within 5 days. We made an offer and it was accepted! This was awesome! The next thing we had to do was sell our house. She was informative and gave us constant updates on the progress of our purchase. When issues came up, she provided guidance and solutions that made her part of the process seamless. We have bought and sold a number of homes and by far she was the best relator we have had the pleasure of working with. She was attentive and went above and beyond on many occasions. We were purchasing from Virginia so she scheduled and met several inspectors for us, she also was willing to meet contractors so that we could set up work to be done the minute we had closed on the house and before our furniture arrived.
